The company's electric vehicle (EV) charging business, is working to simplify electrification by providing fast, reliable charging solutions for both consumers and commercial fleets across America. An integral part of the company's transition from an International Oil Company to an Integrated Energy Company is the expansion into electrical vehicle (EV) charging markets in three key regions - USA, Europe, and China.The company goes to market with offers for network expansion, fleet operations, and network offtake to simplify EV drivers' transition to electrification. Commercial Operations ensures that these offers are competitive, reportable, and scalable based on system, templates, and process ownership and operationalization.
Role SynopsisThe purpose of this role is to support primarily the Commercial, Fleet, and Network departments at the company through project management, process/systems optimization, and data-driven decision-making. The analyst will aim to streamline operations, provide analytical solutions, and deliver strategic offers that will help drive business growth.Key AccountabilitiesAssess the viability and applicability of offers and processes based on KPIs, particularly in support of Pulse US Commercial, Fleet, and Network teamsConduct analysis and reports as assigned by manager for members of the extended Leadership and Leadership teamDraft and develop compelling, insightful recommendations for offer/process improvementMaintain templates and processes in good working orderEnsures that offers are accurately completed and submitted in a timely fashion.Contribute to, advocate for, support, and implement operations for sales/growth processesActively support, participate, and manage offer intake and development, strategic communications, offer structuring, and submissionCollaborate and coordinate cross-functionally, both internally across teams and externally to maximize competitiveness of offers and standardize scalable processesAssist in the productization of new offer structures with a mind towards scalability, templatization, and competitiveness for the company's suite of offersHandle multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating internal team efforts to meet deadlinesPerform analyses to support strategic business decisionsSupport the creation of internal processes and template development to streamline operationsLeverage reporting tools to assist in data-driven decision making and deliver key insightsPrepare internal and external presentationsMaintain accurate offer/contract records in appropriate systems (e.g., SharePoint, Salesforce, Asana) with minimal intervention/direct instructionsAssist and generate other special projects or responsibilities as assigned by managerMaintain sound knowledge of current industry trends and best practices, as well as Pulse US's suite of offersEssential Education:
Bachelor's Degree in related fields3 years of relevant experienceEssential Experience and Job Requirements:
Familiarity with the EV charging industry or related technology sectors.Excellent interpersonal and personal management skills, with the ability to interact professionally with staff at all levels.Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills with an emphasis on cross functional program management.Demonstrated skill and experience in offer development and contract managementManage a high volume of work and competing deadlines with urgency, efficiency, compassion, and good judgement.Experience with public procurement and request for solicitation processComfort working hybrid and using tools to facilitate remote workStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent ability to prioritize and organize work, complete multiple tasks adhering to deadlines and balancing interruptions.Proficient skills in software applications (Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, Salesforce)Attention to detail and high organizational skillsExcellent communication skills including written, verbal, and presentation skills.Ability to work collaboratively across departments with diverse staff.Desirable criteria
High Proficiency in AsanaWorking knowledge of electric vehicles and charging, eMobility in general; Experience in the clean transportation sector preferred.Equally comfortable working within a hybrid team environment and working independently
