Job Summary:
The IT Site Administrator will join the enterprise IT team to serve as a liaison, providing customer service, end-user support, and issue tracking for operational and medical software and hardware. This role involves software and hardware troubleshooting, inventory management, installation, and maintenance. The administrator will document processes, deliver training, and support standardization efforts across the enterprise. The position also includes asset management, technical support, and administrative responsibilities to ensure seamless IT operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain inventories of all Client IT assets.
• Implement enterprise PC images and install operating systems and software.
• Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot hardware including desktops and laptops.
• Manage remote tools for inventory tracking, patching, and upgrades.
• Assist in creating and maintaining IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Provide hands-on user support across multiple locations.
• Manage service tickets within designated timeframes.
• Assist with local backup and restore processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network issues and maintain network health.
• Install and support mobile devices and other tech tools like tablets and iPads.
• Collaborate on site-specific network infrastructure projects.
• Configure and maintain communication connections between devices.
• Collaborate with internal and external groups to improve customer service.
• Provide timely response to IT issues during and outside business hours.
• Escalate IT disruptions to minimize user impact.
• Maintain compliance with Client security policies to ensure data safety.
Required Qualifications:
• Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of IT support experience in healthcare or hospital settings.
• 5+ years of customer service experience in multi-channel communication environments.
• Understanding of WAN, LAN, and VPN protocols, and network diagnostic tools.
• Proficiency in facilitating user setups, network activations, and account creation.
• Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience with ticketing systems, preferably ServiceNow.
• Functional knowledge of Microsoft Office, O365 products, Intune, Teams, and Azure AD.
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory, Windows 10, and Server OS (2008-2016).
• Experience with Bomgar for remote support and IT hardware maintenance.
• Basic knowledge of IT security, networking, and mobile support (iOS, Android).
• Valid driver's license with a clean record.
