Job ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day operations of the commercial entry-door service departmentPlan, manage, and implement schedules to meet daily customer commitments and ensure that the plan is properly executedReview workload and manpower to meet customer commitments in a cost effective mannerEnsure that projects are completed timely, below budget and to the satisfaction of the customerReview monthly financial/operational reports and work with front-line managers to develop action plans to improveImprove individual performance of the field force you manage through daily, monthly and yearly performance reviewsWill assist with hiring, training and developing new employeesOther duties as assigned by ManagerRequirements
Bachelor's degree, highly preferred and a minimum of three (3) years of experience managing personnel; an equivalent combination of education and experience can be consideredResponsible for communicating with customers to ensure satisfaction levels consistently exceed expectationsReview customer survey data, respond to customer concernsPossess an ability for technical applications and mechanical systemsMust possess a Valid Driver's License and good driving recordWhy DH Pace?
