Job SummaryOwn day to day field operations for all data centers in the region. Responsible for execution, capacity management, consistent response/ structures, and streamlined support.ResponsibilitiesDrive strategic planning and priorities for data center operations, in alignment with organizational goals.Establish and track against KPIs, SLAs, and metrics (including regional performance, capacity, availability, budget).Oversee incident response, problem resolution, and change management to support Equinix customer experience.Manage critical business continuity plans, including testing and implementation of disaster preparedness, detailed project management, and logistics coordination.Foster a safety-first culture.Coordinate with global design and construction team to ensure delivery of a consistent product.Execute capacity management plan across data centers in a region.Shape a collaborative, transparent, and entrepreneurial culture, in tandem with the corporate leadership team.Motivate employees around shared vision and align business through transformative leadership.Empower frontline resources to meet customer needs.Qualifications15+ years demonstrated track record of data center operations management and maintenance or equivalent.
