Talent & Process Consultant
This Is What You’ll Do:
Assessment Strategy Development:
Design and implement an assessment strategy that aligns with business and HR objectives, including talent acquisition, development, and succession planning.
Ensure assessment tools and processes adhere to legal guidelines and minimize organizational risk.
Talent Review and Performance Calibration:
Develop tools and processes to support effective talent reviews and performance calibrations.
Provide data-driven insights to inform talent decisions and succession planning.
Data Analytics and Reporting:
Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders.
Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis to optimize talent processes.
Survey Management:
Design and deploy employee surveys (culture, exit, pulse, etc.) to gather employee feedback.
Analyze survey data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and employee engagement drivers.
Develop comprehensive survey reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
Culture Building:
Facilitate Community-of-Practice sessions for Culture Champions to foster a strong organizational culture.
Provide data-driven support to culture initiatives and change management efforts.
This Is What It Takes:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR analytics, data analysis, or related field.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, statistical software).
Experience with HRIS systems and data management.
Knowledge of assessment methodologies and tools.
Power BI experience building dashboards
Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders.
Ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
Preferred
Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics, or a related field.
Certifications in HR analytics or data science.
