Simplicity, visibility, and collaboration are our core values, guiding both our company operations and the solutions we provide to our customers.Primary Duties and Responsibilities:Manage relationships in a highly leveraged, matrixed channel partner environmentDevelop measurable goals and drive productivity within operating unitsOrchestrate and drive impactful QBRs with meaningful and measurable action items as well as follow-upLeverage executive level relationships within our channel partner communityAchieve revenue targets and goals for each assigned channel partnerDevelop and execute partner business plans with variable rebates and goalsWork closely with other vendors/alliance partners within the channel partner eco-systemConduct weekly/Bi-weekly pipeline reviews with NetAlly TSRs/ISRs and key Channel PartnersQualifications and Education Requirements:BA/BS or equivalent work experience, MBA preferred5+ years of Channel Partner Experience selling enterprise class networking solutionsTest and Measurement experience desired but not mandatoryProven track record of over-achieving quotaAmeliorates difficult channel partner challengesIntegrate into Networking practice and go-to-marketDrive regional alignment and growthExecutes national plan and cultivate executive relationshipsDemonstrates channel sales expertise with proven resultsDemonstrates acumen in identifying and targeting key decision-makers within channel partner communityBuilds and owns dynamic, always-on account plans detailing critical insights and new business opportunities aligned to partner prioritiesDrives, orchestrates and closes opportunities with channel partners, producing transformative business outcomesDemonstrates proven senior executive level communication including writing and presentation skillsUtilizes knowledge of solution and value-based selling techniquesDelivers consistent, repeatable achievement of revenue and consumption targets through rigorous sales discipline including pipeline, forecast management and operational awareness**For this position, compensation includes base salary plus target commission pay.
