Job Description

Project Planning & Scheduling : Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and milestones in collaboration with the project team. Utilize software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera to monitor progress and adjust as necessary. Budget & Cost Control : Manage project budgets, including cost tracking, forecasting, and reporting. Ensure projects are completed within approved budgets and strive for cost-saving measures. Quality Control & Compliance : Oversee quality standards on all phases of construction, ensuring adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and building codes. Team Coordination : Lead and coordinate with superintendents, subcontractors, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. Promote effective communication and resolve any project issues that arise. Client Relations : Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing project updates and addressing concerns. Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction. Risk Management : Identify potential risks early and develop mitigation strategies. Proactively handle any unforeseen challenges to keep the project on track. Documentation & Reporting : Maintain detailed project documentation, including progress reports, RFIs, submittals, and change orders. Submit regular project updates to stakeholders. The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred). Minimum of 3 years of experience managing commercial construction projects. Strong knowledge of construction principles, techniques, and regulations. Proficiency in project management software (Microsoft Project, Primavera, or similar). Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Effective communication skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders. Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
