Job Description
A client of Insight Global is looking for an Oracle Financials Development Lead to join their team. As a Technical Team Lead, you will lead a team of 20 individuals, ensuring they follow best practices and deliver efficient solutions. The system has been implanted for 20 years, so this role is predominately developing and integrating new features based on customer requirements. You will manage the teams workload based on skillsets and other factors, estimate, and forecast hours, and implement best practices to minimize variance between estimates and actuals. Serving as a technical expert, you will support the government client and user groups, conduct performance reviews, and analyze technical components for enhancements or upgrades. You will coordinate with Scrum masters on Agile EPICs, drive resolution of production incidents, guide problem management activities, and collaborate with infrastructure and networking teams to solve business problems using available technology. Additionally, you will apply your expert technical knowledge to enhance business processes and review new tools and architecture changes, providing technical input for proposals.
Compensation: $70/hr. -- 88/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

Skills and Requirements
LCAT: Bachelors Degree & 14 years of related experience OR Masters Degree & 12 years of related experience
Experience leading and managing a team of 10+ individuals
Extensive technical experience within all modules of Oracle Financials, including FV, GL, AP, AR and PO
Strong experience utilizing Oracle Application Object Library and Oracle Forms to integrate new forms within EBS
Strong experience utilizing PL/SQL to create extensions for forms & reports, modularize code & optimize performance within Oracle EBS
Excellent communication & presentation skills
Ability to obtain a CMS public Trust Experience with Oracle Federal Financials is strongly preferred
Prior experience supporting Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, specifically the HIGLAS Program
Knowledge of Oracle USSGL Accounting null
