Eastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking a Production Planner for a leading neuroendovascular medical device company to own, analyze, develop, communicate, and ensure SKU production plan execution alignment with inventory targets, capacity, and materials availability. Identify and align on business needs with stakeholders and create and obtain agreement on plans that balance several of those needs. Combining exceptional analytical capabilities, business acumen, and leadership skills, collaborate with Global Supply, Procurement, and Operations to mastermind the plan and ensure that it materializes from an operational perspective.
Responsibilities:
Drive daily/weekly production output to meet weekly/monthly business goals as provided by the Global Planning groupCreate and manage a SKU daily, weekly, and monthly production planImplement, maintain, and report key performance metrics, e.g., schedule adherence, Manufacturing Schedule Performance (MSP), etc.Ensure any constraints are quickly identified and work with production and procurement partners to resolve issues. Where issues cannot be resolved, work closely with Global Planning to align on recovery plans and timelines to maintain alignment with overall business objectives. Escalate quickly and effectively when roadblocks cannot be resolvedValidate production run rates that optimize output and mix by product family or type that adhere to the capacity modelValidate with procurement that daily plan is supported from a raw materials perspectiveManage and develop a subassemblies plan that supports the FG needsCommunicate to manufacturing about changes on capacity or requirements for line and provide information in detail about the changesMaintain SAP and IBP (Integrated Business Planning) systems and ensure systems are up to date with the corresponding plan and inventorySupport any new product launch ensuring execution is aligned with project timelinePerform additional duties as assignedRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experienceA minimum of two (2) years of relevant work experienceAn effective written and verbal communicator with strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills and analytical approach towards problem solving in a matrix environmentComfortable presenting to managementSuperior tech skills and expert in ERP usage and understandingProficient with MS Word, Excel, Teams, and OutlookDesired Qualifications:Experience in a regulated industry, including medical deviceWorking knowledge of planning tools such as SAP/IBP (Integrated Business Planning)Ability to think strategically and execute tactically, a persistent attention to detail, and a high level of comfort in working with numbers_
