This job is a member of the HR Technology team within the People/HR Division. The position will serve as a Product Manager who will drive efficiency through technology solutions, ensure compliance with regulatory obligations, and manage a team of system administrators and Product Owners. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and processes effectively.

What you'll do

Lead a team of system administrators and Product Owners to support effectively, through technology, HR business areas, and partners.

Act as the Agile Product Manager for various HR systems ensuring timely and efficient delivery of projects.

Oversee the design of technical solutions to meet business needs and enhance system capabilities.

Collaborate with other HR Product Owners, Payroll, and HRIT to ensure organization consistency, share best practices, and improve processes.

Lead continuous efficiency improvement by researching and recommending technology and automation to replace manual processes with innovative solutions.

Ensure business requirements, application delivery, and user acceptance testing comply with all regulatory and contractual obligations.

Identify and address organizational change management activities, including educational and training needs related to HR systems.

Assist with creating and maintaining HRIS strategy and roadmaps to align with organizational goals.

Manage the implementation of new products, processes, and requirements, including overseeing system release updates and working with leadership to determine the enablement plan.

All you'll need for success

Minimum Qualifications - Education & Prior Job Experience

Bachelor's degree in human resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred

Minimum of 5 years' experience with leading a technical team in an Agile environment

Previous experience in HRIS management, including system implementation, maintenance, and upgrades

Proven project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Proven understanding of data privacy and security regulations and processes

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience with SuccessFactors suite of applications, particularly Employee Central

Previous experience in developing and facilitating Design Thinking sessions

Proficiency in database management and data analysis

Knowledge of programming languages or scripting (e.g., SQL)

Skills and Certifications

Active SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central accreditation or certification, and preferably, one or more other SuccessFactors modules (Compensation, Succession, Reporting, Performance, and Goals) with large-scale support experience

Excellent understanding of HR processes and systems

Ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to analyze complex data and translate it into actionable insights

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Advanced knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
