The Administrative Assistant I, Inflight Innovation and Delivery will be a member of the Inflight Technology team who will support the various Product Owners and Managers with administrative needs for mobile and technology solutions for Flight Attendants and the Inflight organization.
The role is a part of the Inflight Technology team within our Inflight department.
What you'll do
As noted above, this list is intended to reflect the current job but there may be additional essential functions (and certainly non-essential job functions) that are not referenced. Management will modify the job or require other tasks be performed whenever it is deemed appropriate to do so, observing, of course, any legal obligations including any collective bargaining obligations.
Review, verify and prepare various department reports, including commission reports and weekly attendance and performance spreadsheet uploads
Provide excellent service to our internal customers, including phone, email, and online support inquiries
Contribute and assist with project initiatives, to include administrative tasks associated with implementation of new systems, tasks and methods
Complete transactions for computer and system access
Sort, track and file data and correspondence
Process time-sensitive requests
Efficiently and effectively communicate to leadership, within the department, to address operational inquires
All you'll need for success
Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
Hight School diploma or GED equivalent
At least 1 year of prior administrative experience
Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
Current or previous Inflight or Flight Attendant experience
Skills, Licenses & Certifications
Ability to prepare correspondence and format reports
Strong communication skills, time management skills, and the ability to multitask
Ability to maintain confidentiality with team member files and personal information
Ability to prioritize and organize work responsibilities effectively
Ability to exercise good judgement and work under time constraints with professionalism, efficiency, patience and tact
Ability to work individually or with a team
