Workbox is seeking a full-time Sales Manager, which is an important position in the next phase of the company's growth. You will work to help grow their member base in Pittsburgh, requiring a wide skill set including the execution of the full sales cycle, top-of-the-funnel pipeline management, and assistance in strategic partnerships and brand awareness.The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys networking, has high energy, is a self-starter, and wants to be a part of an exciting entrepreneurial company. This is an on-site position, Monday through Friday, in Pittsburgh.
KEY JOB DUTIES
Drive top-of-the-funnel pipelineOwn the full sales cycle - this involves pitching, touring, negotiating, and executing contractsIdentify and execute new strategic business development opportunities, and partnerships, and contact potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings & toursKnow the market: understand the "ins and outs" of your local market, including pricing and nearby competitorsGenerating profitable new business through sales funnel management and outreach activities to achieve monthly sales targetsIdentify target customers in new marketsREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
2 to 3 years of experience in a successful sales-related roleExperience or knowledge of the full sales cycle in commercial real estate, coworking, or similar industryAbility to develop and foster new relationships that lead to pipeline growthAbility to create and execute successful outbound campaignsExperience with cold calling, emailing, and managing inbound leadsExtraordinary organizational skills and attention to detailExcellent computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteAn uncanny ability to meet deadlines and get things donePREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience or knowledge of building relationships with real estate brokersPrevious coworking, tenant rep, or leasing agent experienceExperience with tools like Hubspot, Canva, Apollo.io, OfficeRnD, and LinkedInStrong communication skills with the ability to multitaskBachelor's degree or equivalentBENEFITS

Work closely with the Vice President of National Sales training to learn our sales process, systems, the services we provide to members, and all about the co-working industry. You'll begin prospecting and taking your own tours during this time.
In the first 60 days, you'll:
Be comfortable with the sales process and systems we use to begin building your sales funnel through numerous outlets including outbound campaigns. You'll get experience negotiating deals and building your own community at the center with a better understanding of how Workbox supports our members to help their companies grow.
In 90 days, you'll:
Run tours with confidence & build relationships with new prospectsDrive top-of-the-funnel pipelineIdentify and execute new strategic business development opportunitiesWork with the Vice President of National Sales to implement strategies for outreachTake ownership of your location by closing new deals and managing member renewals
