Lead and transform the Medical/Surgical and Telemetry departments by implementing evidence-based practices that enhance patient outcomes Drive excellence in nursing care delivery through mentorship, staff development, and clinical expertise Spearhead quality improvement initiatives that elevate patient satisfaction and operational efficiency Build and maintain a culture of clinical excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care and department performance What You Bring to Succeed:

Track record of elevating nursing care standards and staff performance in acute care settings Experience fostering collaborative relationships across departments and disciplines Demonstrated success in implementing quality improvement initiatives Strong foundation in regulatory compliance and accreditation standards Active California Professional Nursing License Current BLS and ACLS certifications Bachelor's degree in Nursing required Passion for developing future nursing leaders and maintaining a positive work environment Applicant Insights:
