Lead strategic direction and daily operations of a high-volume emergency department Drive clinical excellence through evidence-based practice implementation and quality metrics Develop and mentor nursing leadership talent while fostering a culture of continuous improvement Optimize patient care delivery systems and emergency response protocols Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance emergency services outcomes Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain department accreditations Champion workplace quality initiatives and staff engagement programs What You Bring to Succeed:
Associates Degree in Nursing required, BSN preferred (MSN ideal) Current California RN license 3-5 years progressive leadership experience in emergency services Current ACLS and PALS certifications MICN certification (or ability to obtain within 1 year) Track record of improving emergency department metrics and patient satisfaction Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities Excellence in team leadership and staff development Experience with emergency department operations and process improvement Applicant Insights:
