In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring efficient patient flow and optimal resource management while fostering a culture of safety and excellence. The Interim Nursing Director will play a crucial role in guiding a team of dedicated nursing professionals, delivering compassionate and high-quality care to a diverse patient population. Key responsibilities include: Leading strategic initiatives to improve patient outcomes Enhancing team collaboration and performance Implementing quality improvement measures focused on patient safety Maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards Applicants must possess a Bachelor's degree in Nursing; a Master's degree in Nursing or a related field is preferred. A valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of California is required. Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experience in emergency nursing or a related field, combined with strong clinical expertise in emergency nursing practices.
