Job Summary:The Sales Manager will lead sales efforts for weddings, corporate events, golf outings, and membership packages at Piney Branch Golf Club. This role requires a dynamic individual with excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills. The Sales Executive is responsible for achieving revenue targets by promoting the venue's offerings, developing strategic sales plans, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Sales & Client Outreach
Drive sales and revenue growth for weddings, events, golf outings, and memberships by identifying and developing new business opportunities.Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and potential members.Create and deliver persuasive presentations to potential clients, showcasing the venue's unique offerings and value.Conduct site visits with potential clients to demonstrate venue benefits and layout.
Event Planning & Coordination
Collaborate with clients to understand event needs and ensure clear communication of expectations.Partner with the events team to provide seamless coordination from booking through execution.Provide detailed and accurate event proposals, contracts, and invoices.
Marketing & Promotion
Work with the management team to develop campaigns and promotions for weddings, events, and memberships.Attend networking events, trade shows, and community functions to promote the venue.Utilize digital platforms to promote available packages, events, and membership benefits.
Membership Growth
Develop strategies to attract and retain golf club members through sales initiatives and customized packages.Engage with current and prospective members, ensuring high satisfaction and engagement.
Reporting & Analysis
Track and analyze sales metrics to assess performance against targets and adjust strategies accordingly.Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for senior management.Monitor industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities for improvement.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field preferred.Proven experience in sales, preferably in events, hospitality, or golf industry.Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Excellent organizational and time-management skills.Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences.Compensation:
$50,000 to $60,000 base salaryCompetitive commission and bonus packageHealth & Dental Insurance401K Retirement plan
