This person will help manage both our external partners and internal partnerships team operations and processes. The Partnerships team is a very collaborative team and works very closely with all functions in the company including, marketing, business development, relationship management, raise, venture debt, events, support, and onboarding.Here are some things you’ll do on the job:Work closely with the partnership team to execute on team-wide initiatives and opportunitiesDrive pre-event and post-event activations for the partnership teamDrive new partner activationsProject managementReporting daily, monthly, and quarterly analytics to our partnersWork internally with customer support, compliance, onboarding, sales, marketing, and relationship management teams on behalf of our partners and their referralsWork with different types of partners and their referrals that include, Startups, SaaS, Legal, VCs, Accelerators, Bloggers, Affiliates, Accountants, and moreProvide top-tier customer service for both our partners and our partner referralsCommunicate with both partners and their referrals via Slack groups, personal email, our internal ticketing system, and phone callsWork through an email inbox in our ticketing systemYou should:Have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experienceExperience with managing multiple projects for both internal and external partiesExperience implementing systems and processes for internal teamsFamiliarity with project and sales management software such as Asana, Salesforce, Linear, Dato, etc.Have great written communication skillsExcited to work in a high-paced environmentPay extremely close attention to detailWork efficiently and independently, but know when to ask for helpUnderstand how to prioritize your work and keep an organized, clean inboxHave excellent critical thinking skills and enjoy problem-solvingA desire to improve both internal and external processes and productsDelight in providing an exceptional customer experienceBe curious about the US banking systemThe total rewards package at Mercury includes base salary, equity (stock options), and benefits.Our salary and equity ranges are highly competitive within the SaaS and fintech industry and are updated regularly using the most reliable compensation survey data for our industry. New hire offers are made based on a candidate’s experience, expertise, geographic location, and internal pay equity relative to peers.Our target new hire base salary ranges for this role are the following:US employees located in New York City, Los Angeles, Seattle, or the San Francisco Bay Area: $96,100 - $120,100US employees located outside of New York City, Los Angeles, Seattle or the San Francisco Bay Area: $91,900 - $108,100Canadian employees (any location): CAD 97,900 - 115,200
