To accelerate this growth even further, Digital Operations is fast-growing into industries, service lines and markets globally. One of Digital Operations' strategic growth markets is North America, and we are looking for a highly accomplished, successful Travel & Hospitality Digital Operations Solution Sales Expert.This will be a senior-level sales and business development role with a focus on growth and profitability in the Travel & Hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Digital Operations and BPO/BPS, as well as a strong knowledge of the Travel & Hospitality industry. They will have a proven track record of growing a business, building strong client relationships, and developing sales and account management teams.Role Summary

Bachelors / Business degree.Ten+ years' Sales / Business development experience with
BPO/Operations . Deep understanding of Digital Operations/BPS and able to engage C-level executives in detailed BPS deal, solution, transition, and transformation shaping discussions.Good Understanding of the Travel & Hospitality industry domain. Knowledge of the industry trends, customer pain points, and potential opportunities in various BPO areas are highly desirable.Excellent ability and aptitude to influence and communicate effectively with business stakeholders up to the C-Suite.Excellent oral and written communication skills and executive presentation and persuasion skills are required.Consistent record of growing a business successfully over the years through strong client relationships and a deep understanding of the Travel & Hospitality industry.Demonstrated ability of building sales and account management teams.Well-developed "rolodex" as well as the demonstrated ability to create strategic partnerships with large and complex organizations.Ability to operate in a fast-paced entrepreneurial and highly matrixed organization.Strong problem solving and analytical skills and the ability to "roll up your sleeves" and work with a client to create timely solutions and resolutions.Key Responsibilities
Manage BPO relationship of top key accounts assigned within the Travel & Hospitality portfolio.Manage the account plan in consultation with the client partner, investing time in strengthening existing client relationships and new strategic clients.Responsible for driving sales, business development, and customer relationship building leading to a robust sales pipeline that always forecasts four - six quarters in the future.Achieve annual revenue and total contract value (booking) targets.Manage the end-to-end sales process, lead proactive proposals and RFP in line with account strategy.Partner with internal leaders for solution creation and execution.Work in a matrixed organization, responsible for prospecting and other sales management goals.Collaborate with industry vertical teams, developing strong, long-term relationships with executives at the C-Level.Define and improve the go-to-market plans, offerings, and value propositions.Create strong relationships and collaboration with both the Delivery Leader in the Travel & Hospitality BPS as well as the larger RCG practice in general such that there is consistent value and expansion of offerings and growth across the whole of the practice.Build strong internal relationships with Cognizant's vertical BU Heads, offshore Delivery Heads, and other core leaders.Need to travel as needed for client meetings typically from Monday to Friday.Other Skills and Experience
In addition to the experience and skills listed above, a background in Global Business Services and technology outsourcing solutions is helpful. The successful candidate should have excellent communication skills, the ability to interface with all levels of an organization, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.Compensation/Benefits
