If this sounds like you, read on.PositionAs Senior Human Resources Business Partner for NetApp's Customer Success Organization (CSO), you will partner with the CSO leadership team to shape, define and execute HR Strategies in support of business objectives. The CSO org is responsible for various functions including Professional & Managed Services, Customer Support Delivery, Cloud Consumption CSM, hybrid CSM, Support Account Management, and Renewals. The organization focuses on innovation and aligning corporate, BU, product, and functional strategies to create a cohesive approach that drives customer success.This role will report to the HRBP Director for CSO and will play a key role in driving high-impact work to deliver on HR initiatives, optimize talent strategies, foster a high-performance work environment and help enable business objectives. The ideal candidate isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves given the roles responsibilities include both strategy and execution, owning work end-to-end. Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate how they are business-minded, analytical, and ready to play a strategic HR role supporting and coaching the most senior leaders of our CSO organization.Job RequirementsKey Responsibilities:Serve as an advisor and coach to the CSO leadership team. Participate in leadership meetings and contribute as a business leader.Develop a deep understanding of business operations, objectives, and challenges within the CSO and develop/implement HR plans to deliver strategic value.Lead strategic HRBP work including organizational design, workforce planning, talent management and building talent pipeline.Utilize HR metrics and analytics to 1) help identify insights that guide proactive talent strategies and 2) measure the impact of HR initiatives, providing regular reports to senior leadership on effectiveness of HR programs for the organization.Lead change management initiatives ensuring effective communication, addressing challenges, and promoting a positive and adaptive culture.Support in the establishment of a high-achievement culture, overseeing initiatives to help enhance sales attainment, employee productivity, engagement, and ultimately business results.Advocate for employees by ensuring fair and consistent HR practices, addressing concerns, and maintaining a positive and inclusive work environment.Be a key member of the HRBP team, share and learn from best practices, and help our team continuously improve and deliver efficiently.Work in tandem with HR Center of Excellence leaders and across HRBP leadership to develop and implement coordinated talent strategies, combining HRBP insights to attract, develop, and retain top talent.EducationAt least 10 or more years of HR experience including demonstrated examples of driving results through HR business partnership. Experience in a GTM Services org, preferred.Have strong executional mindset with strong attention to detail, and deliver exceptional quality work.Have strong business acumen and ability to move with the speed of the business.Have experience supporting a global organization and have familiarity and comfort in working in a highly matrixed organization.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels.Have analytical skills and project management capabilities.Have proven ability to manage change and drive HR initiatives in a fast-paced environment.CompensationThe base salary range for this position is $153,000-$187,000 and will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off (PTO), various Leave options, Performance-Based Incentives, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSUs), with all offerings subject to regional variations and governed by local laws, regulations, and company policies.
