Job summaryNetApp is seeking an experienced and strategic HR leader to partner with Shared Platform Product and Engineering organization. Reporting to the Head of HR for our Shared Platform organization, you will play a crucial role in supporting senior leadership while driving HR initiatives, optimizing talent strategies, fostering a high-performance work environment, enabling business objectives, and fostering a positive workplace culture within the Shared Platform team.

This role will play a key role in driving high-impact work to deliver on HR initiatives, optimize talent strategies, foster a high-performance work environment and enable business objectives. The ideal candidate isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves given the roles responsibilities include both strategy and execution, owning work end-to-end. This role requires aptitude and expertise to advise and influence strategically while liaising with the HR COEs and the broader HR organization to develop and execute the business's programs, processes, and tactical requirements.

Job requirementsKey Responsibilities:

Develop a deep understanding of the Shared Platform's business operations, objectives, and challenges and provide strategic HR guidance.

Build strong partnerships with senior leadership and stakeholders, including supporting and acting as a trusted advisor on all human resources matters.

Collaborate with business leaders to build HR strategies that address unique needs while ensuring alignment with global frameworks.

Actively engage with senior leaders, influencing HR strategies to align with the best interests of the business.

Drive org design framework and execution to increase org efficiency, role clarity, and clear priorities across the team.

Drive the establishment of a high-performance work culture, overseeing initiatives that enhance employee productivity, engagement, and satisfaction.

Play a pivotal role in influencing talent decisions, including recruitment, development, and succession planning, ensuring the right people are in the right roles to drive business success.

Utilize HR metrics and analytics to measure the impact of HR initiatives, providing regular reports to senior leadership on the effectiveness of HR programs for the team.

Lead change management initiatives ensuring effective communication, addressing challenges, and promoting a positive and adaptive culture.

Work with HR Center of Excellence leaders and across HRBP leadership to develop and implement coordinated talent strategies, combining HRBP insights to attract, develop, and retain top talent.

Advocate for employees by ensuring fair and consistent HR practices, addressing concerns, and maintaining a positive and inclusive work environment.

QualificationsThe best candidate will….

Have at least 10 or more years of HR experience including demonstrated examples of driving results through HR business partnership.

Have strong executional mindset with strong attention to detail, and deliver exceptional quality work.

Have strong business acumen and ability to move with the speed of the business.

Have experience supporting a global organization and have familiarity and comfort in working in a highly matrixed organization.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels.

Have analytical skills and project management capabilities.

Have proven ability to manage change and drive HR initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

CompensationThe base salary range for this position is $153,000-$187,000 and will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package.
