The ideal candidate is a seasoned private equity professional with deep industry knowledge and experience in scaling middle-market companies.
Key Responsibilities:
Deal Origination & Execution: Source new investment opportunities within the industrials and business services sectors, evaluate potential investments, and lead transaction execution, including due diligence, valuation, structuring, and negotiations.Portfolio Management: Oversee a portfolio of companies, working closely with management teams to implement growth strategies, optimize operational performance, and drive value creation.Leadership & Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and develop junior team members to foster talent within the firm and ensure high-quality output in investment activities.Investor Relations: Act as a key representative for the fund with LPs, maintaining and building relationships and providing regular updates on portfolio performance and strategy.Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in private equity, investment banking, or a related field, with a focus on the industrials and/or business services sectors.Proven track record of originating, executing, and managing successful middle-market transactions.Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with management teams, investors, and internal teams.Candidates that are not private equity investment professionals will not be considered.
