JOB DESCRIPTION.
The HR Generalist provides a wide variety of both complex and routine direct administrative services. This position works with our vendors to manage workers compensation and safety, unemployment and benefits for PrimeTime employees and the agency. The HR Generalist is responsible for supporting recruitment, onboarding, and training efforts, the Agency Wellness Program and managing elements of the ADP HRIS system. This position will also directly manage PrimeTime LiveScan and PrimeTime training.
JOB COMPLEXITY.
Work with our vendors to administer the process flow of employee benefits programs, including health insurance for PrimeTime employees and other agency staff.Coordinate and track/monitor the Leave of Absence and Workers Compensation programs for PrimeTime and agency. Workers' compensation encompasses safety training aimed at enhancing our workforce's injury metrics.Post job openings on various platforms and manage the application process, including, but not limited to, screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates, conduct reference checks.Coordinate employee trainings including creating events, inviting attendees, providing presenter assistance, and tracking attendanceConduct and coordinate new hire orientation for PrimeTime and agency as a wholeMINIMUM COMPETENCIES.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.3+ years of benefit experience is required.Be able to maintain a high level of confidentialityExperience with HRIS/HRM systems, ADP Workforce Now or ADP TotalSource experience requiredExcellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google SuitesCOMPENSATION.
Starting Rate: $30.00 per hour (all new hires begin at starting salary regardless of experience)Full Time benefits
