Responsibilities
Develop and execute Microsoft sales and marketing strategy for a given region of North America (East, Central, West)
Procure, process, and help close net new business. Build a pipeline and generate new revenue against a quota, focusing mostly on new logo clients in your territory with high potential for EPAM services; this is a key metric of your success
Build a pipeline and generate new revenue against a quota, focusing mostly on new logo clients in your territory with high potential for EPAM services; this is a key metric of your success
Partner with EPAM Cloud Marketing to drive joint marketing initiatives with internal sales and marketing teams as well as external partner and Client marketing teams
Serve as liaison to EPAM’s Delivery Org, Business Units, Sales team, Partnerships/Alliances, and Executive teams
Drive joint opportunities and source partner pipeline. Create business strategies with Microsoft to successfully achieve client business goals
Educate Clients and Microsoft on EPAM capabilities and success stories
Serve as an internal trusted advisor for Microsoft, ensuring internal product management, and managing access to early-release programs and product roadmaps
Work with the assigned partner teams inside Microsoft to identify, prepare, and deliver product messaging to demonstrate EPAM value prop as a trusted and strategic systems integrator
Requirements
Extensive experience working with the Microsoft Cloud partner ecosystem
Track record in supporting large, complex Cloud sales cycles
Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently
Experience building go-to-market strategies and working on cross-functional teams
Ability to communicate effectively across teams with strong verbal, written, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
Solutions selling skills and demonstrated success in developing and maintaining client and internal relationships
Conversant in enterprise products, solutions, and technology strategies with the ability to convert current knowledge and skills to our partner ecosystem
