Working in partnership with our stakeholders, Security and Loss Prevention secures the Amazon supply chain end-to-end and promotes security during business conversations. Sitting within Security and Loss Prevention, the Risk and Resilience team does this by creating and maintaining risk frameworks to ensure continuation of our business, providing risk assessments, risk preparedness, contingency planning, and incident response as a service to business and operational Security and Loss Prevention teams. We provide strategic, tactical, and operational mechanisms by working closely with senior management and various other support teams in a global framework. We accomplish this through policies and standardized guidelines based on best practices, using technology to eliminate subjectivity, complexity, and variation, identifying, preparing for, and mitigating the impact of adverse events, and auditing our practices to ensure compliance and consistency.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

5+ years of program or project management experienceExperience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvementsExperience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadershipExperience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardizationExperience in complex problem solving, and working in a tight schedule environmentExperience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teamsPMP or equivalent experienceExperience in using project management software such as AsanaExperience with goal setting and tracking from team to KingPin goalsPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

The base pay for this position ranges from $104,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
