We are looking for someone to develop and execute a strategy to engage influencers and content creators. As Influencer Marketing Manager, you will report to the Director of Communications to increase awareness of CR among target audiences, drive understanding of our mission and grow CR’s member base. You will be responsible for identifying and nurturing relationships with influencers, managing content collaborations, and ensuring that influencer-generated content aligns with our brand's voice and goals.
If you have a deep understanding of social media trends, content repurposing and influencer marketing strategies that move people through the marketing funnel, we’re looking forward to reviewing your application.
Under our CRFlex program, this is a hybrid position and is eligible for remote work up to 80%. The successful candidate must reside within 75 miles of one of our Yonkers headquarters and be able to travel to Colchester, CT as needed.

HOW YOU'LL MAKE AN IMPACT:
Your efforts will help CR grow our work among new generations -- paving the way for impact on safety, fairness and transparency for generations to come. On a regular basis you will: Develop and execute brand’s social media influencer strategy to expand brand awareness and understanding across social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) and influencer-owned channels (newsletters, podcasts, etc). Identify and nurture relationships with influential voices and content creators that reflect brand values and support strategic priorities across core verticals and audience segments. Plan and execute in-person and virtual events for influencers and creators to illustrate CR’s unique value and expertise. In collaboration with external and cross-functional internal partners, repurpose and repackage content for different formats (stories, posts, videos); optimize content for different stages of the marketing funnel. Monitor program performance, provides regular updates on key metrics and adjusts strategies as needed to improve results. Negotiate influencer arrangements, manage budgets, and collaborate with outside agency partner(s). Work across teams on affiliate marketing campaign(s). ABOUT YOU:

This posted range is reflective of the NY/CA market. It is anticipated that most qualified candidates will fall near the middle of this range.
