We are working with a client who is seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Marketing with a strong background in digital marketing, SEO, and demand generation. This company is comprised of multiple brands, through acquisitions and tuck-ins, and we're looking for someone who has a proven track record in rebranding and merging brands / cultures to position clearly to the appropriate target audience.THE OPPORTUNITY: --As the Vice President of Marketing, you will lead and manage the entire marketing function, overseeing the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth. You will play a key role in refining our digital footprint, optimizing our SEO strategies, and driving demand generation efforts across all channels. This role requires close collaboration with the Sales Leadership Team, including the Chief Revenue Officer, Business Development, and other cross-functional leaders.IN SUMMARY: --Experience: 10+ years of professional experience in marketing, with a strong focus on digital marketing, SEO, demand generation, and B2B marketing. Experience in commercial services or related industries is required.Leadership: Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop a marketing team. Experience in managing cross-functional teams and external partners.Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices, including SEO, SEM, content marketing, and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. An MBA is preferred.Skills: Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical skills, and communication abilities. Strong project management skills with a focus on meeting deadlines and achieving goals.THE DETAILS: --Strategic Leadership :Develop and lead the execution of a comprehensive marketing strategy that supports the company’s growth objectives.Drive brand positioning, market segmentation, and messaging to differentiateth and its acquired companies in a competitive market.Expand and refine digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, content marketing, and social media strategies.Demand Generation:Oversee the creation and management of demand generation programs that effectively nurture leads through the marketing funnel.Leverage data-driven insights to optimize campaigns, targeting, and content that drive qualified leads for the sales team.Implement and manage lead scoring models to ensure alignment between marketing and sales.Digital Marketing & SEO:Lead digital marketing efforts, including the optimization of SEO strategies to enhance online visibility and organic search rankings.Oversee the management of the company’s website, ensuring it is optimized for SEO and user experience.Utilize advanced analytics tools to track, measure, and report on digital marketing performance.Team Development:Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team, ensuring the alignment of individual goals with broader company objectives.Foster a culture of innovation, creativity, and continuous improvement within the marketing team.Cross-Functional Collaboration:Partner with Sales, Program Management, Client Services, IT, Finance, and other departments to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts.Work closely with external agencies, designers, copywriters, and vendors to execute on marketing strategies.Performance Metrics & Reporting:Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.Create and present regular reports on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, including ROI, lead generation metrics, and conversion rates.Continually assess and enhance marketing processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
