We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven

Marketing Director

to lead our marketing efforts and drive growth across multiple verticals. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of digital transformation services and a proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies in the IT services or technology sector. This role requires a strategic thinker with the ability to translate complex technical solutions into compelling narratives that resonate with diverse audiences.

What you’ll do?

Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.

Lead content marketing and thought leadership initiatives to position the company as an industry leader.

Manage digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email) and analyze campaign performance.

Collaborate with the sales team to provide tools and materials that support sales efforts.

Conduct market research to understand industry trends and identify growth opportunities.

Plan and execute events and industry engagements to promote the brand.

Oversee and mentor the marketing team to achieve department goals.

Manage the marketing budget to maximize ROI.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.

7+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on

Demand Generation.

Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics.

Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.
