Manage a caseload independently, handling various immigration-related cases.Prepare petitions, applications, briefs, motions, and other legal filings.Represent clients before agencies including EOIR, USCIS, DOS, ICE, and BIA.Conduct thorough legal research to support case preparation.Collaborate with the managing attorney and legal staff to ensure case success.Requirements:
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Active bar admission in any U.S. state.Strong legal writing and research skills.Ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively.Interest and passion for immigration law.Fluency in Spanish (required).Prior immigration law experience is preferred but not required.Education:
Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited institution.Certifications:
Active Bar License in any U.S. state.Skills:
