We are looking for a creative and collaborative Content Creator to join our team in Boise, Idaho. In this role, you'll work closely with our Digital Marketing Manager to develop engaging, high-quality content that resonates with our audience and enhances our brand presence. This position will support our company's marketing initiatives by creating graphics, videos, social media posts, and other digital assets that align with our goals. KEY RESPONSIBILITIESCreate original content for social media, blogs, newsletters, and the company website, including graphics, videos, infographics, and written postsUtilize design tools and software to produce engaging visual assets that align with brand guidelines and campaign goalsManage the content calendar, ensuring timely and consistent posting across relevant channelsTrack content performance metrics across channels and make data-driven adjustments to improve reach and engagementWork closely with the Digital Marketing Manager & Marketing Director to align content with broader campaign objectives and brand messagingAssist with other marketing initiatives, contributing to cross-department projects as neededOther duties as assignedRequirements
Proficiency in graphic design, video editing, and other multimedia tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.)Strong creative, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to interpret and act on performance metricsActively participate in creative discourse with the marketing team to develop effective marketing and advertising solutionsResponsible for planning and implementing all aspects of video production projectsMaintain creative consistency across verticals, ensuring all projects align with the brand strategy and creative vision.Develop and plan storyboards, shot lists, and scripts.Inputting sound to enhance footage, which may include sourcing music, sound effects, and voice-oversDesign and animate motion graphic and visual effectsMaintain upkeep and safeguard all assigned company-owned equipment.Travel as needed to local and remote industry events, and video shoots.Ensure on-time and on-budget delivery of projectsCommunicate with outside sales to meet production timelines and job parametersStay up to date with industry developments, tools, and trendsCreate archives and databases of propriety video and film assetsFamiliarity with pod cast production, social media algorithms and experience with LinkedIn is a plusDESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
1+ years related professional videography, editing, and production experience in a creative environment, including either in-house or external agency.Highly creative with skills to generate captivating ideas and compelling storiesSuperior skills in composition, lighting, design esthetics, timing, motivation, and continuityAdvanced knowledge of setup and operation of audio recorders, lighting equipment, and microphones.Ability to manage time, prioritize projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentHighly organized and able to plan video shoots, scout locations, schedule talent, and coordinate logisticsDemonstrates attention to visual detail, spelling, and grammarAbility to work independently and acquire new knowledge necessary for tasks or projects.Excellent interpersonal and communication skillsTravel is required; must be flexible and willing to work extended and weekend hours when necessaryMust have a clean driving record and a valid Driver's License
