Receptionist

LHH is partnering with a law firm in downtown Los Angeles, CA to find a receptionist to join their team full-time. 1-2 years\u2019 experience in an office or law firm environment would be ideal.
Responsibilities:\u2022 Answer incoming phone calls from main line, direct calls, take messages.\u2022 Greet Visitors, maintain professional appearance of receptions area, common areas.\u2022 Prepare conference rooms for meetings.\u2022 Provide parking validation, and coordinate scheduling use of large and small conference rooms.\u2022 Process incoming documents such as faxes, circulate emails from District courts, Bankruptcy Courts, Appeals courts, mail, etc.
Experience:\u2022 Office experience with phones, printers and copiers.\u2022 Law firm experience preferred.\u2022 Order office supply.\u2022 Administrative support.Role:\u2022 BA degree is a must.\u2022 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday in Downtown LA.\u2022 This posting is a representative sample of the types of roles we typically place with our clients. Depending on the specific client, location, and role, the salary range is estimated to be $41,000 to $48,750 and benefits may include medical, dental, vision, and 401k plans.
