LHH is working with a great firm in San Diego, CA that has an opening for a transactional legal secretary. This would be 3 days onsite and 2 days working from home.Responsibilities:\u2022 Support to corporate, securities, and real estate attorneys and paralegals.\u2022 Prepare, revise, proofread, and redline legal documents.\u2022 Entity formations and corporate governance.\u2022 Prepare minutes.\u2022 SEC filings.Experience:\u2022 Maintain attorney calendars.\u2022 Prepare engagement letters, conflict waivers, run conflict reports, and submit new matter openings.\u2022 State and federal securities filings, Reg D, and state securities exemption filings.Role:\u2022 3+ years as a legal secretary with transactional experience in corporate law, commercial and business transactions.\u2022 3 days onsite in San Diego, CA and 2 days working from home.\u2022 This posting is a representative sample of the types of roles we typically place with our clients. Depending on the specific client, location, and role, the salary range is estimated to be $65,000 to $85,000 and benefits may include medical, dental, vision, and 401k plans.
