Role Description

The Executive Assistant provides support to Life HealthChief Claims Officer and team.Generalresponsibilities include developing state of the art presentations, data entry insupport of the team's reporting, analytic and governance activities, correspondence,internal/external communication, scheduling of meetings, supporting Gen ReGlobal Claims hosted events, conferences,preparation of check requests, establishingand maintaining files, calendar maintenance, conducting and supporting research,data entry, preparation and/or distribution of specific reports in support ofthe team's analytic and governance activities, and management of travelarrangements.

As this position involves interaction with senior management and externalclients, it requires the utmost discretion and a professional presentation atall times.Independent judgment, managing priorities, apositive/cooperative attitude within a team environment, maintainingconfidential information, and the ability to work effectively without closesupervision, are essentials of this role.

Position Description:

Maintains superior knowledge and capability in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Assists in planning and execution of meetings by organizing and scheduling meetings as directed, including the organizing and assembling of meeting materials and handling other meeting logistics as appropriateManages travel details and applicable expense capture and reportingConducts searches for relevant data and reportsManages emails and calendars (MS Outlook)Possesses an understanding and knowledge of Gen Re's business and corporate structureDemonstrates effective verbal and written communication, presentation and listening skillsEncourages and practices frequent and transparent communicationDemonstrates an ability to proactively manage potential conflict, internally and externallyPractices an open, honest and respectful communication styleRole Qualifications and Experience

Salary Range63,000.00 - 84,000.00 USDThe annual base salary range posted represents a broad range of salaries around the US and is subject to many factors including but not limited to credentials, education, experience, geographic location, job responsibilities, performance, skills and/or training.
