Job Description:H&R Block, the world’s leader in tax preparation services, is looking for a talented Web Product Manager who will work across our digital web properties to deliver outstanding online experiences for customers that drive enterprise business results. In this exciting role, you will own & execute web strategies and collaborate with a cross-functional team to deliver best-in-class web experiences.As a Web Product Manager, you will:Brainstorm, recommend, and implement web marketing plans and programs designed to meet business goals, including growing revenues, clients, and profitability.
Work with cross-functional squads of UX, SEO, IT, Content, and other key stakeholders to ensure projects meet strategic objectives, timelines and incorporate web best practices.
Analyze key performance metrics, propose and implement product and test and learn programs to improve and optimize websites.
Identify key stakeholders, assumptions, and constraints to support gaining alignment and meeting project timelines,
and quality metrics; devises alternatives to overcome obstacles and mitigate risks.
Draft and coordinate project briefs and gather requirements for internal and/or outside vendors for the development of digital experiences across H&R Block web properties.
Review design documentation with development teams and QA and gains approvals for creative deliverables from legal, SEO, and business leaders.
Support successful execution of projects from initiation to implementation, communicates effectively, and works with a sense of urgency.Measure & analyze digital experiences for optimization opportunities.

An Introduction to formal product management methodologies
An understanding of key performance metrics to identify strengths and opportunities
Experience devising and managing A/B and multivariate tests in production-level environments
Experience working with web development teams
Experience working with cross-functional marketing team
Basic understanding of HTML coding
Experience using the Adobe suite of products including Adobe Analytics and Workfront
What you'll bring to the team...
Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing or combination of education and work experience
Minimum of 3 years’ relevant web production/project management experience
A strong customer-first mindset
Effective written and oral presentation and facilitation skills, including the ability to communicate with all levels of internal associates and business partners to influence a wide range of audiences
An ability to discuss technical projects at a high-level with squads and understand design implementation and impact
Strong project management and organizational skills to balance multiple projects a different points of development
Ability to balance priorities between various product/business customers
