$20M to $50M

in sectors such as

High-Rise, Multifamily, Senior Living, Large Box Industrial, and Hospitality.Description

Direct and manage daily field operations to ensure project milestones are achieved.Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and field teams to maintain project timelines and budgets.Ensure adherence to safety standardsOversee quality control to deliver projects that exceed client expectations.Facilitate effective communication among all stakeholders, including owners, architects, and engineers.

Profile

Experience as a Traveling Superintendent, with a proven track record of success on ground-up commercial and multifamily projects.Expertise in managing projects in sectors such as high-rise, multifamily, industrial, senior living, or hospitality.Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster collaboration.Willingness to travel and relocate for project assignments.Knowledge of construction management software and proficiency in scheduling tools.
