to manage large-scale multifamily, mixed-use, and government projects in the D.C. and Maryland areas. Oversee daily construction activities for large-scale projects valued between $30M - $150M+.Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely completion of work.Monitor site safety and compliance with OSHA regulations.Conduct regular project meetings and provide updates to project stakeholders.Manage project schedules, ensuring work is completed on time and within budget.Implement quality control measures to ensure the highest construction standards.Maintain project documentation, including daily logs, RFIs, and change orders.Ensure adherence to project specifications and design documents.
Profile
5-15 years of supervisory construction experience, particularly in multifamily, mixed-use, and government projects.Degree in Construction Management or related field preferred but not required.General Contracting or Builder-Developer background with experience in managing projects ranging from $30M to $150M+.Proficient in construction management software such as MS Office Suite, MS Project, Procore, etc.OSHA-30 Certified with a strong commitment to on-site safety practices.Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Strong tenure at previous employers, reflecting stability and proven performance in the field.
Job Offer
Base Salary:
Superintendent II : $110k - $125kLead/Senior Superintendent : $140k - $160k
Company vehicle allowance or mileage reimbursement.Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), offering employees ownership in the company.Profit sharing based on company performance (7.5%-8% of compensation on average).Project-based bonuses for senior team members, ranging from $20k to $60k+ per project.Full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401k with 100% match up to 4%, PTO, sick days, and company holidays.
