DescriptionThe Operational Excellence Champion (Manufacturing) Will:

Analyze data to identify improvement areas, establish KPIs, and track progressLead Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, and continuous improvement eventsServe as the go-to expert on Lean, OpEx, 6S, Six Sigma, and other methodologiesDrive process improvements and document cross-functional strategiesProvide training and lead rapid improvement efforts to enhance productivityManage OpEx projects, track cost savings, and report results

Profile

Minimum of 4 years in a lean or operational excellence role within manufacturingComfortable spending a majority of the day on the production floorProven experience facilitating Kaizen eventsBachelor's in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or related field (equivalent experience may substitute)Lean Six Sigma certified - Black Belt preferred4+ years in process improvement and operational efficiencyStrong leadership in cross-functional projectsFamiliar with ACE tools (root cause analysis, mistake proofing)Local to Bellingham, MA
