Support Customer Care Financial Operations related activities involving recall, service campaign, and settlement initiativesDepartment wide support for invoice processingIdentify, analyze and research trends, data errors or inconsistencies within the assigned business unitsGenerate reports which may pull data from single or multiple systemsGenerate, review and maintain documentation on system reports and chartsUtilize the following applications to support assigned projects: Microsoft Office, Siebel CRM, and AS400

This is a temporary role expected to last 12 months. It offers a foot in the door of a top company known to hire on our top talent. This role is full time, M-F from 8am – 5pm requiring the ability to work 3 days onsite, 2 days from home.The ideal candidate will have:

Completed Bachelors degree3 months or more of analytical or reporting experienceAdvance knowledge of MS Excel including working knowledge of pivot tables a v look upsExposure to Tableau preferred but not requiredExposure to SQL preferred but not required
