Manage all aspects of construction projects, from pre-construction planning through project closeoutCoordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth project executionDevelop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and work plansEnsure compliance with safety regulations and building codesOversee subcontractor performance and ensure adherence to project specifications and timelinesProvide leadership and direction to project teams, fostering a collaborative work environmentConduct regular site visits and meetings to monitor progress and address any issuesPrepare and present project reports to senior management and clients
Profile
7+ years of project management experience in healthcare or private school constructionStrong understanding of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulationsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication, organizational, and leadership skillsProficient in construction management software and project scheduling toolsMust have Healthcare or Private School project experienceBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
