Entering 2024 with a strong project backlog, they are recognized for their commitment to excellence, serving clients such as the Department of Defense, Department of Homeland Security, and major airlines.DescriptionThe Project Manager - Government/DoD Construction - NoVA/DC will be responsible for:Managing all phases of construction projects, including estimating, scheduling, and execution.Coordinating with subcontractors, clients, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met.Ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations, including OSHA 30, First Aid, and CPR certifications.Overseeing both self-performed and subcontracted work, ensuring high-quality outcomes.Providing regular updates to senior leadership and clients on project progress.Assisting with the preparation and management of project budgets, change orders, and contract negotiations.ProfileThe Project Manager - Government/DoD Construction - NoVA/DC will have:

B.S. degree in engineering or construction management, or 12+ years of relevant experience without a degreeAt least 7 years of experience in commercial or industrial constructionStrong background in government contracting preferredProven skills in managing subcontracted and self-performed workProficient in construction-related softwarePossess safety certificationsExperience with high-profile clients, such as HUD and government agencies

Job OfferThe Project Manager - Government/DoD Construction - NoVA/DC will receive:

Opportunity to work in either of their Virginia offices in Falls Church or Leesburg, as well as their Maryland office in Riverdale.Competitive salary of up to $120K.Monthly car allowance of $600, along with a gas card and EZ Pass.Paid parking and a 10% performance bonus.Two weeks of PTO, six accrued sick days, and standard 401(k) matching (50% up to 6%).Chance to engage in high-impact projects with major institutional and federal clients.
