Assist the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and overseeing healthcare construction projects from inception to completion.Collaborate with project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients, to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.Support the preparation and management of project schedules, budgets, and cost reports.Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or delays that arise.Assist in the preparation and review of project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and RFIs.Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards on the job site.Participate in project meetings and provide timely updates to the Project Manager and other key stakeholders.Support the coordination of material procurement and delivery, ensuring timely availability of resources.Contribute to the development and maintenance of strong client relationships.

Profile

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.Minimum of 2 years of experience in the construction industry, with a focus on healthcare projects highly desirable.Strong understanding of construction processes, including scheduling, budgeting, and project documentation.Proficiency in construction management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project.Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Familiarity with healthcare construction standards and regulations is a plus.
