We are recruiting for an experienced Project Manager with substantial expertise in the construction industry, particularly in managing multifamily projects valued at $20M and above. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with a strong background in managing complex projects from planning through to completion.Client DetailsOur client specializes in commercial interiors, low-rise office buildings, base building projects and distribution centers. With projects typically ranging from $1M to $20M, the focus is primarily in Northern Virginia, the 495 beltway, and wider Maryland.We are looking for an Assistant Project Manager (APM) with 1-3 years of commercial construction experience. The ideal candidate will be ambitious, interactive, and eager to grow within the company. For motivated individuals, there is no glass ceiling. Handle projects valued at up to $20M, including tenant improvement projects ranging from $1M to $5M and base building projects averaging $5M to $10M.Foster a positive team environment and contribute to our strong company culture.Collaborate with the project management team to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.Assist in managing commercial interior projects, distribution centers, low-rise office buildings, and base buildings.
