Assist in developing project plans, schedules, and budgets.Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and daily logs. Prepare regular progress reports for senior project managers and stakeholders.Monitor project expenses, assist in budget forecasting, and ensure costs remain within the approved budget.Act as the primary contact for clients, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns or questions.Ensure all project activities adhere to local, state, and federal safety regulations. Conduct safety audits and promptly address any safety concerns.Identify potential project risks and collaborate with the project manager to develop mitigation strategies.Address and resolve issues that arise during the project lifecycle, including technical challenges, scheduling conflicts, and resource shortages.

Over 2 years of experience as an Assistant Project Manager in the construction industryExperience with commercial construction projectsProficiency in PlanGrid, Raken, and Bluebeam is highly preferredStrong organizational and multitasking skillsEffective communication and problem-solving abilitiesCommitment to maintaining high safety and quality standardsAbility to foster a collaborative and positive work environmentExcellent management skills in effectively handling budgets, schedules, and resourcesCapable of coordinating and leading diverse teams, including contractors, architects, and engineersSkilled in adapting to changing project requirements and conditions
