About the Role

The organization is on the lookout for a dynamic Senior Vice President of Finance and Operations to build and oversee a robust financial infrastructure critical to our success. This strategic and innovative leader will effectively connect public and philanthropic funding, enhancing our social impact in education, workforce, and talent development. You will take on essential responsibilities in non-profit fund management, ensuring strict compliance with regulatory and reporting standards, and spearheading comprehensive financial operations.

Your role will include leading the budgeting process, managing cash flow, and guiding annual audits. You will direct financial planning and analysis, lead teams, and provide organizational leadership, all while fostering a collaborative and continuous improvement culture.

If you have at least 12 years of experience in finance, with a proven track record of at least 5 years in leadership roles, we encourage you to apply. Proficiency in financial management software and holding a relevant financial certification (such as CPA, CFA, ChFC, CMA) is required.
