About the Role

The Company is on the lookout for a passionate and driven Director of Alumni Engagement and Vice President of Alumni Relations to join our vibrant team. In this key role, you will lead initiatives to cultivate a strong and engaged alumni community, ensuring meaningful connections that contribute to the institution's mission and values. You will take charge of organizing dynamic alumni events, enhancing communication strategies, and building partnerships that encourage mentoring, volunteering, and philanthropic involvement among alumni.

Ideal candidates will have a robust background in alumni relations, development, or related fields within the academic or nonprofit sectors. Your ability to foster relationships, paired with exceptional communication skills, will serve you well in this role. You will also have a proven track record in strategic planning and project management, showcasing your ability to think creatively and implement effective solutions. A bachelor's degree is required, with a master's degree being preferred. Previous successful experience in alumni relations or development will be highly regarded.
