About this role:Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Treasury Management Relationship Manager (Payables/ Commercial Card) within Global Treasury Management, as part of Enterprise Functions.Learn more about the career areas and lines of business at wellsfargojobs.com.In this role, you will:Manage a portfolio of mid- and large-sized Payables (Commercial Card and Integrated Payments) clients for growth, cross-sell opportunities, profitability and retentionCollaborate with the client's coverage team (Relationship Manager, Treasury Management Consultant) to expand client's use of the WellsOne suite of products, including WellsOne Commercial Card, WellsOne Expense Manger and WellsOne virtual card products and servicesManage client economics (spend volume, revenue share, working capital terms) to ensure successful outcomes for both the client and Wells FargoAct as an advisor on best practice uses of the WellsOne suite of products as relates to procurement practices, supplier relationships, and Travel & Entertainment systems and processesAct as an advisor to senior leadership to develop or influence highly complex initiatives, including those that are cross functional with broad impact, and act as key participant in large scale planning for Treasury Management Relationship Management functional areaLead the strategy and resolution of highly complex multi-faceted, large scale and long-term business, operational, or technical challenges that require in depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factorsMake decisions in complex and multi-faceted situations requiring a sound understanding of Treasury Management Relationship Management functional area, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that influence and lead a broader work team to meet deliverablesProvide vision, direction, and expertise to senior leadership on implementing innovative and significant business solutions that are large-scale cross-functional strategiesStrategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across the enterprise and serve as an expert advisor to leadershipRequired Qualifications:7+ years of Treasury Management Relationship Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationDesired Qualifications:7+ years of experience with Commercial Card clients, products and services, particularly with B2B virtual card usage and featuresStrong understanding of B2B payments processes and systems, included procurement and T&E spending, as well as ERP systems and Accounts Payable workflows.Experience with integrated payments and embedded finance toolsJob Expectations:The ability to travel locally, regionally or nationally 25% of the time#CommercialBanking#GlobalTreasuryManagementPay RangeReflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location.
