JOB SUMMARYAs a

Junior Website Analytics Analyst

at ARGO, you will play a crucial role in analyzing and optimizing the performance of our digital platforms. With a focus on Google Analytics, you will help us measure website traffic, user behavior, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive data-informed decisions across the organization. Provide actionable insights

to optimize digital marketing campaigns, website features, and user experience.Ensure accurate tracking

of website data, enabling the organization to monitor and improve KPIs effectively.Support the digital strategy

with regular reports and recommendations based on user behavior analysis and performance metrics.EXPECTED WORK AND PERFORMANCE (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS)

Google Analytics Reporting & Monitoring:

Regularly track and report key metrics including website traffic, engagement, and conversion rates.Build and maintain customized reports and dashboards in

Google Analytics

to provide visibility into website performance.Analyze trends and identify areas for optimization, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.

Data Tagging & Implementation:

Support the setup and management of

Google Tag Manager

for tracking code implementation.Ensure that all relevant interactions (e.g., button clicks, form submissions) are tracked accurately on the website.Troubleshoot and resolve any tagging or tracking issues across digital assets.

Data Analysis & Insight Generation:

Analyze user behavior and site performance to uncover actionable insights and optimization opportunities.Monitor and report on the effectiveness of ongoing digital campaigns (e.g., traffic sources, user flows).Support A/B testing and experimentation efforts to assess the impact of site changes on key performance indicators.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with the marketing team to measure the performance of digital marketing campaigns.Collaborate with the product and IT teams to ensure data accuracy and reporting integrity.Participate in meetings with stakeholders to discuss analytics findings and strategy adjustments.

Learning & Growth:

Stay current with best practices in web analytics and data tracking tools.Pursue professional development opportunities, including certifications (e.g., Google Analytics) and industry knowledge.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education : Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Marketing, Data Science, or a related field.Experience : 1-2 years of hands-on experience with web analytics, preferably in an IT, marketing, or analytics role.Certification : Google Analytics Individual Qualification (GAIQ) or other relevant certification preferred.REQUIRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE / KNOWLEDGE

Google Analytics Expertise : Experience setting up and analyzing reports in

Google Analytics . Ability to monitor and optimize key metrics such as conversion rates, bounce rates, and traffic sources.Tagging & Tracking : Familiarity with

Google Tag Manager

for implementing and troubleshooting tracking tags.Basic Data Analysis : Ability to analyze website data and generate insights. Knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets for basic data manipulation (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP).Technical Understanding : Basic knowledge of web technologies such as HTML and JavaScript, and their impact on website tracking.Communication Skills : Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey findings and insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.PREFERRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE / KNOWLEDGE

A/B Testing : Experience with

A/B testing

tools (e.g., Google Optimize, Optimizely) and analyzing experiment results.Website analysis tools : including Looker Studio, and Microsoft Clarity.E-commerce Analytics : Experience analyzing e-commerce performance metrics such as transaction data, product views, and conversion funnels.Data Visualization : Proficiency in tools like

ATTENDANCE/WORK LOCATIONThe position is based in our Richardson, TX office. Daily physical presence in the office is required for interaction with co-workers, attending meetings, and for collaboration on projects.
