IDIQ is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr. Product and Web Analyst specializing in product and web analytics. The ideal candidate will have more than five years of experience and a proven track record of leveraging data to drive business decisions. The primary focus will be on analyzing user behavior, product performance, and website metrics to support the strategic goals of our organization. We are looking for someone that is detail-oriented, proactive, and a quick learner.Duties may include but are not limited to the following:Product Analytics : Analyze product performance, user engagement, and customer journeys. Provide actionable insights to enhance product features and overall user experience.Web Analytics : Monitor and report on website traffic, conversion rates, and user behavior. Use web analytics tools, along with customer data, to identify trends and opportunities for optimization.Data Collection and Tagging : Implement and manage data tagging strategies to ensure accurate tracking of key metrics across digital platforms. Identify and resolve discrepancies or gaps in data collection.A/B Testing : Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests to optimize website elements and improve user experience and conversion rates.Data Management and Analysis : Extract, clean, and analyze large datasets using SQL and BigQuery. Provide insights and recommendations based on data findings. Be vigilant in identifying data anomalies and take corrective actions.Reporting and Dashboards : Create and maintain dashboards and regular reports in Looker Studio to communicate key metrics and insights to stakeholders.Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and marketers, to ensure data alignment and support strategic initiatives.Performs other job-related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related fieldExperience:

5+ years of experience in product and web analyticsExpertise in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Heap, Adobe Analytics)Working knowledge of tag management and data visualization tools (e.g., Google Tag Manager, Ensighten, Tableau, Looker, Power BI)Intermediate experience with A/B testing and multivariate testing methodologiesSome working SQL knowledge highly preferred

Additional Information

Position Details: This is a full-time position, salaried, exempt (40+ hours/week).Pay: The pay range for this position is a minimum of $95,000 to a maximum of $125,000 annually. The actual compensation offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Benefits and Perks: IDIQ makes available comprehensive benefits including 100% of base benefits for employees and 50% for dependents (Medical, Dental, Vision).
