Human Resources Advisor

to provide key support at our Thunderbox and Bronzewing Operations. In this role, you will apply your expertise in employee and industrial relations to contribute to the success of the business and foster positive workplace outcomes. Reporting to a Perth-office based HR Superintendent with a dotted line to the site General Manager, this is a permanent full-time position offered on an 8 days on 6 days off roster from Perth.Here’s what awaits you:Provide expert advice and guidance to supervisors and managers on employment and industrial relations matters, while partnering with leadership teams to engage and support employees, fostering positive employment outcomes across the site.Monitor and evaluate HR performance metrics to ensure alignment with site objectives.Assist in employee-related investigations and support the resolution of issues through facilitated discussions and meetings.Contribute to the development and implementation of company-wide HR strategies, policies, and procedures.Administer salary and benefit variations for site-based employees, and facilitate the smooth transfer of employees between sites, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and processed efficiently.Maintain and update HR data, including organisational charts, databases, and systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance.To thrive in this role, you’ll need:Experience:

Demonstrated experience in a HR Advisor role, using SAP SuccessFactors or a similar HRIS system, accompanied by a background in the resources industry - preferably in a site-based capacity.Qualifications:

Tertiary qualification in Human Resource, Industrial Relations, or similar, coupled with current Australian C - Class Drivers licence.Passion for Growth:
