Responsible for ensuring standards are applied consistently across Risk Engineering. Usually sits on global technical centers or industry sector groups and are the technical “go to” point for the regional network.Reporting to the VP, Large Property, you will lead a team of risk engineering specialists to provide comprehensive risk insight and manage performance across all activities in order to achieve business objectives and continuously improve performance.This is a unique opportunity to build your knowledge and experience for the future in a supportive environment where your voice matters.What you will do:

Lead a team of risk engineering specialists to provide comprehensive risk insight and manage performance across all activities in order to achieve business objectives and continuously improve performance.Translate business objectives into clearly defined business cases, costs or schedules in order to support achievement of a work area.Where appropriate, lead the implementation of initiatives to improve processes, develop policies and support innovation in the risk engineering field.Supervise and quality-assure the drafting of key policy documents to ensure full compliance with the organization's approach to risk engineering.Analyze key themes from data around risks and loss in order to identify how different scenarios may have an impact upon the business.Manage key internal and external stakeholder relationships across the organization in order to ensure effective relationships and achieve engagement to change.Oversee the resource allocation in a geographic area and ensure the overall delivery and quality of services to customers and business partners.Conduct opportunity spotting and cross selling with customers and business partners and therefore contribute to the business operating profit.Job Qualifications

What you bring to the table:Required:Bachelor's Degree and 6 or more years of experience in the Risk Management Services area related to Large Property.ORHigh School Diploma or Equivalent and 8 or more years of experience in the Risk Management Services area related to Large Property.Preferred:Intermediate knowledge of exposures and controls.People management experience.Our Culture
