AtkinsRéalis has the depth and breadth of expertise to respond to the most technically challenging and time-critical infrastructure projects and the urgent transition to a low-carbon economy.How will you contribute to the team?Understanding of cost estimating principles and management of cost factors throughout the overall life of a project.Analyze and evaluate project data. Identify performance metrics, develop measures, and data collection methods to monitor activity/project performance and status across projects.Provide procurement support, program planning, logistics, and program cost analysis.Communicate capital project status to various stakeholders within the organization.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across different functions to ensure that the programs deliver on their objectives.What will you contribute?BS or MS in Architecture, Engineering or Construction Management.At least 10 years of experience in project management, design and construction of capital projects for vertical and horizontal projects.At least five years of experience in management of a portfolio of projects of program management for public entities.Experience in the implementation of project management software e-Builder (or alike).Experience in the use of MS Project Scheduling Software (or similar tool) for development, tracking and monitoring capital project schedules for planning, design, permitting and construction phases.Has worked with e-Builder preferred.Has worked in capital projects with a public entity.Understands cost management, schedule management, project planning at inception, and understands project financials (via Oracle or SAP).Understands construction invoicing and contracts.Needs to have excellent communication skills (verbal and in writing).What we offer at AtkinsRéalis:AtkinsRéalis realizes that health, mental and financial wellbeing are all equally needed to achieve balance in life.
